On February 1st, 2010, State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic China announced winners of the 11th China's Patent Awards in Beijing. The recombinant gene of the soluble part of Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor, fusion gene and its products from CPGJ won the gold medal of the 11th China's Patent Awards.

The patent technology belongs to the field of humanized antibody drugs. The innovation is that beginning from the construction of recombinant gene, through the codon optimization, the introduction of linker sequence, and the optimization of expression vectors and screening to obtain high-performance engineering cell line, the technology increases protein expression successfully, which meets the requirement of large loading dose and increases productivity.

Because of its high specificity, documented efficacy, less side-effects and better safety profile, humanized antibody drugs are widely used in the treatment of cancers and other serious diseases detrimental to human health. CPGJ is dedicated to the research and industrialization of humanized monoclonal antibody technology.
